The Rule

Why This Matters
Spanish 'solía' maps to 'used to' (past habit). But 'estar acostumbrado a' (be used to) and 'acostumbrarse a' (get used to) use the same 'used to' base, creating confusion. Spanish speakers produce 'I am used to wake up early' (mixing the patterns).
