경력 설명 기본 구조

영어 면접에서 경력은 '시간순'이 아닌 '관련성 순'으로 말합니다. 기본 공식: • Most recently, I worked at [회사] as a [직함] where I [핵심 성과]. • Before that, I was at [회사] where I [성과]. • Earlier in my career, I [초기 경험]. 모든 경력을 나열하지 마세요! 지원하는 직무와 관련된 경험만 선택적으로 강조하세요. 10년 경력이라도 핵심 2~3개만 말하면 됩니다.

성과 중심 동사 (Action Verbs)

전 직장을 왜 떠났는지 물어보면: 좋은 답변: • I'm looking for new challenges and growth opportunities. • I want to take on more leadership responsibilities. • I'm seeking a role that better aligns with my career goals. 절대 하면 안 되는 답변: • My boss was terrible.
