온라인 미팅이 일상이 된 시대

코로나 이후 Zoom, Teams, Google Meet 등 온라인 미팅이 일상이 되었습니다. 대면 미팅과 달리 온라인 미팅에는 고유한 영어 표현이 있습니다. 화면 공유, 음소거 요청, 기술 문제 대응, 참여 유도 등 온라인 환경에 특화된 표현을 알아야 미팅을 매끄럽게 진행할 수 있습니다. 이 표현들은 이제 비즈니스 영어의 필수 요소입니다.

미팅 시작/기술 관련 표현

미팅 시작: • Can everyone see my screen? • Let me share my screen. • I'll pull up the document now. 기술 문제: • I think you're on mute. • Could you unmute yourself? • I'm having trouble with my connection. • You're breaking up. Could you repeat that? • Sorry, my camera isn't working. • Let me try reconnecting. 💡 'You're on mute'는 온라인 미팅의 가장 유명한 문장이 되었습니다! 누군가 말하는데 소리가 안 들리면 바로 이 표현을 쓰세요.

참여 유도 + 발언권 관리

온라인에서는 발언 타이밍이 어렵습니다: 발언권 요청: • Could I jump in here? • Sorry to interrupt, but… • I'd like to add something to that. 참여 유도: • ○○, what are your thoughts on this? • I'd love to hear from the marketing team. • Does anyone have any input on this? • Let's go around the room. ○○, would you like to start? 발언 순서 정리: • Let's hear from ○○ first, then ○○. • One at a time, please. • Go ahead, ○○.

마무리 + 후속 조치
